The following are the favorable times to celebrate Hanuman Jayanti this year,according to Drik Panchang:

Purnima Tithi starts on April 12 at 3:21 AM.

Purnima Tithi concludes on April 13 at 5:51 AM.

According to the local Panchang, the best time to perform Hanuman Jayanti puja is on Sunday, April 13, either early in the morning or after sunset. During Brahma Muhurat at dawn or in the evening,when temples host special aartis and recitations of the Hanuman Chalisa,devotees usually observe a fast and perform the puja.

Puja vidhi for Hanuman Jayanti in 2025 :
  • Since red is considered auspicious for Lord Hanuman,get up at Brahma Muhurat (about 4 or 5 AM), take a holy bath,and dress in clean or red clothing.
  • Lay out a fresh red cloth,clean the altar or puja area,and place an idol or image of Lord Hanuman there.
  • Use diyas, flowers,and incense sticks to adorn the space. Put oil and sindoor on the idol and present it with betel leaves,bananas,boondi laddoos, and red flowers.
  • Chant “Om Hanumate Namah” 108 times while lighting a diya. Recite the Ramayana’s Sundar Kand,Bajrang Baan,and Hanuman Chalisa.
  • Ring the bell and do aarti with a ghee diya. Join the local aarti and bhajans at a Hanuman temple if you can.
  • A lot of devotees just eat fruits or satvik cuisine when fasting from sunrise to sunset.
  • Serve chana,jaggery,or boondi laddoos as prasad. On this day,feeding cows,monkeys,and the poor is a treasured act of service.
