Following the April 22 Pahalgam terror incident, India’s well-coordinated military reaction attacked terror infrastructure throughout Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), which served as operational hubs for Hizbul Mujahideen, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Four terrorist facilities in Pakistan (Bhawalpur,Muridke, Sarjal, and Mehmoona Joya) and five in PoK (Sawai Nala,Muzaffarabad,Syedna Bilal,Muzaffarabad,Gulpur,Kotli,Barnala,Bhimber, and Abbas, Kotli) were hit by missile strikes during an overnight attack last week, according to the Indian Armed Forces.

Located in Murdike,a significant business center, lies the Lashkar-e-Taiba headquarters.

The “terror nursery” of Pakistan is the term given to it. According to reports,LeT’s headquarters spans about 200 acres and includes a terror training camp as well as other facilities.

The April 22 incident at Baisaran, close to Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed 26 lives,is thought to have been carried out by a terror group directed by Hafiz Saeed.

Operation Sindoor on Airfields in Pakistan :
Pakistan intensified the conflict by using drones to attack civilian areas in India after India used precision cruise missiles to strike militant infrastructure in retaliation for the Pahalgam attack. India retaliated by striking specific military targets located deep within Pakistani territory, including ammunition stores, radar stations, command and control centers, and Rahim Yar Khan,Sukkur,Sialkot, and Rafiqui.

Pakistan-India tensions :
India killed 100 terrorists last week when it launched 24 missile strikes in 25 minutes at nine different places in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. The government claims that in order to show its new strategy for eliminating terrorists inside Pakistan,it chose to target the “snake’s head and not foot soldiers” this time.

Following India’s Operation Sindoor, tensions between the two nations increased. Since then, Pakistan has launched several waves of drone and missile attacks against Indian military installations in Punjab, Rajasthan, and Jammu & Kashmir, which India has repelled. Numerous explosions were heard in Srinagar and reported across several Pakistani air bases on Saturday.

In the evening,Pakistan issued a truce request, but within hours, they broke it.

According to the Indian Army,Sunday night was the “first calm” night along the Line of Control (LoC) in a long time.

“In Jammu and Kashmir as well as other places along the International Border, the night stayed mostly calm. It’s the first quiet night in days, with no incidents recorded,”army sources said.
