Nifty, Sensex: What to expect on July 7 trade :
Today’s Nifty 50 and Sensex trends also point to a flat start for the Indian benchmark index. The Gift Nifty was trading at a discount of around 4 points from the previous closing of the Nifty futures, at the 25,536 level.
In the midst of uncertainty surrounding US President Donald Trump’s tariffs, the key Indian stock market indices, the Sensex and Nifty 50, are probably going to open on a sluggish note on Monday, following weak global market indications.

The Indian benchmark index has a flat start, according to Gift Nifty’s trends. The Gift Nifty was down around 4 points from the previous closing of the Nifty futures, trading at a level of 25,536.
The domestic equity market ended Friday’s two-day losing streak on a positive note, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index remaining above the 25,400 mark.
The Nifty 50 closed 55.70 points, or 0.22%, higher at 25,461.00, while the Sensex increased 193.42 points, or 0.23%, to conclude at 83,432.89.
