Day 6 box office receipts for Jaat worldwide: On April 10,Gopichand Malineni’s debut Bollywood film,Jaat,was released in theaters. According to Sacnilk,the Sunny Deol movie has made ₹71.25 crore worldwide in just six days.

Jaat’s global box office receipts :

In six days, Jaat made ₹52.50 crore net and ₹63.15 crore gross in India,according to the trade website. It earned ₹8.10 crore from overseas,bringing its global total to ₹71.25 crore. Despite being a weekday,the movie maintained its 19.55% total occupancy rate in India,earning ₹6 crore net on Tuesday,a 17.24% decrease.

As a result,Jaat has surpassed Shahid Kapoor’s Deva’s lifetime earnings of ₹55.8 crore to become one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2025. But now it has to compete with Veer Pahariya’s Sky Force,which earned ₹149 crore globally,and Akshay Kumar’s. Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava has more than ₹800 crore in the bank,and Salman Khan’s Sikandar, which was released for Eid,grossed ₹183 crore worldwide in 15 days.

The Christian community wants Jaat banned :

The antagonist of the movie, Ranatunga, who is portrayed by Randeep Hooda, uses violence to threaten people inside a church in one of the scenes in Jaat. While doing this, he also stands in front of a crucifix. The Christian community has demanded that the movie be banned,despite the fact that the filmmakers removed any religious imagery from the scene. Additionally,a video shows demonstrators yelling “Randeep Hooda murdabad” in retaliation for offending religious feelings.

In Jaat,Sunny plays an enigmatic man who discovers a little Andhra Pradesh village under Ranatunga’s oppression. Regena Cassandrra,Saiyami Kher,Jagapathi Babu,Vineet Kumar Singh,Prashant Bajaj,Zarina Wahab,P Ravi Shankar,and Babloo Prithiveeraj are also featured in the movie.
