According to North Carolina State University,two Saudi Arabian students departed the country after learning that their student visas had been canceled.

One of the students’ roommates, Philip Vasto, claimed that his roommate was a doctoral student majoring in engineering management and that he was not politically active or involved in protests in Gaza. Vasto claims that no justification was provided for the termination of the visa.
His previous roommate has concentrated on pursuing his degree elsewhere since coming home.
He has come to terms with it. Vasto remarked,He doesn’t want to let it take his peace any longer.
In order to discuss recent visa terminations, the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities has requested a meeting with the State Department.
Officials are worried that the pattern may deter international academic interaction, even though it is unclear if visa revocations have increased.
